Description of Work: Very prompt response, timely estimate with good, thoughtful suggestions. We have not decided whether or not to move forward with the project as yet but the contractor was very timely in their response and bid.

Description of Work: The price was the only one out of 4 quotes within my budget. I was a little worried about going with the least expensive, but it turned out just great. The work was just what I wanted and without any up charges. No surprises except for the great work for a great price. I will definitely use their services again.

Description of Work: The goal of the project was to turn the old master bathroom into a walk-in closet. Add an updated 10 x 13 master bathroom with tub, shower, double sinks and heated floor. My specific request was that the 'add on' look like part of the original home. The project started in January and completed at the end of March 2013. The neighbors and family members were surprised at how much the 'add on' looked like part of the original home. The family members were also amazed at how the new bathroom, walk-in closet and bedroom all came together with a perfect flow. The estimates as it was originally quoted and the date of completion were on target. The clean-up after completion was masterful and very well done. The workers were professional and pleasant. The work was well supervised. Access to the supervisor/owner of Renaissance Construction was readily available. The finished product turned out not only beautiful, but very functional.
