"Black Diamond performed all the services exactly as discussed and in a timely manner. Joe always maintains very good communication with the customer. He is always on time, never needed to call. He makes suggestions with the customer's best interest in mind. We tried another service prior to Black Diamond and had no response after several tries. Called Black Diamond and they were there the same day!"
