"The crew did a great job. It took them a little longer because i wanted the lights put up a specific way. The boys worked hard and kept checking with throughout the installation making sure i was happy with what they were doing. Not only did they work hard they were such pleasant young men. If you want your lights hung right definitely call All Terrain Lanscape. They will treat you right and leave you happy."

"Work was ok but 1. They left a huge mess that took me 8 hours to clean up (with a broken wrist), 2. I had to hire someone to clean the high windows that they got paint on, 3. I had to pay extra to the carpets cleaners to clean up all the paint drops and 4. They ruined the remaining gallon or so of paint by leaving a roller from the primer in it, making it worthless for touchups."

"Super professional and efficient! Extremely great communication and Will was incredibly nice. He showed up on time and even helped us load everything up. We had a ton of stuff that needed removed while we cleaned up our property and remodeled our home. He was in and out in one day! Very affordable and worth every dollar."

"Black Mountain did a fantastic job grading and laying large fracture granite boulders along my driveway to keep an embankment from sliding. Work was done fast and really cleaned up the area before leaving. I will likely have them back to do future landscape work when my home construction is completed."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Embarking on a kitchen demolition comes with its share of risks to keep in mind. Think of potential encounters with asbestos, sharp objects, and power tools—not to mention the peril of structures wobbling or unexpected plumbing surprises. And, of course, you will be surrounded by dust and debris throughout the process. All of the above makes safety gear necessary, or you can consider hiring a qualified professional.

Hazardous waste is waste that poses a threat to human or environmental health. This generally refers to waste that is flammable, corrosive, toxic, or reactive. To confirm if the waste you need to remove is considered hazardous waste, contact your local hazardous waste facility.

While not all homes built before 1978 contain lead paint, enough do, so you’ll still want to test to be on the safe side. The federal government banned lead-based paint for homes in 1978, but your state may have banned lead before that time. Around 24% of homes built between 1960 and 1977 contained lead-based paint, while 87% of homes built before 1940 contained lead-based paint.

No. Standard homeowners insurance does not cover any kind of lead remediation, focusing instead on sudden, unpreventable events like fires and theft. Many insurance companies will specifically exclude lead paint removal, since it tends to be an expensive and unavoidable project. The exception is if the lead surface is damaged during a covered event (like a flood) and homeowners insurance pays its replacement.

If the lead paint is in a place that is not easily disturbed and is not flaking or deteriorating, you do not necessarily need to remove it. Lead is toxic when dust particles or flakes from peeling lead paint are ingested. If people are not in the area with the lead paint, it may be safe to leave it in place. You still may want to consider encapsulation with a paint formulated for covering lead-based paint, just for an added layer of protection.
