Landscaping
Put in a request for a quote for a retaining wall. He sent an estimate over the phone without coming to look at the area. I informed him that I was waiting to hear back from other quotes. He then messaged me at 10PM saying that he "is done with the b******* bidding game." When I responded saying that I wanted to make sure I knew all of my options, he then continued to message me complaining about doing bids and not getting the jobs. When I mentioned that I was going to write a review, he told me that I couldn't review him and then tried to say he didn't curse at me. Once I showed him the screenshot he then tried to be polite and apologetic. The whole conversation felt like drunk texts from an ex after a break up. He claimed that this conversation didnt take place so I have attached screenshots of his unprofessionalism.

What started off well turned into a deck project that lasted from July to January. There were continual delays and poor quality when it came to finishing the deck. Several times he showed up late, not at all, and went to pick up materials and never came back for the remainder of the day after saying that he would. Then he never came back to complete the final details of our agreement by the April 1st deadline.

"I’m sorry to hear you aren’t satisfied with the beautiful deck and roof cover I built for you. We didn’t get permits confirmed till beginning of October so July is absolutely wrong. But I feel this review is unfair and inaccurate. Please reconsider the review you have presented as I have the paper work and did my part in our contract and agreement and that isn’t fair to myself or my company, I can post it if you’d like me to."
