"The removal went very well and quick. Traps were set in the afternoon on the roof near where the squirrel was entering the attic. Mike from Dengo was very thorough in searching all possible areas of entry into the attic. The squirrel was captured in the live trap during the night and Dengo Wildlife was there in the morning to remove the squirrel to another location away from the neighborhood for release back into the wild. Mike would have sealed the entry areas but I had the roofing company that had put new shingles on the roof in the fall come back and fix the open areas. I highly recommend Mike at Dengo to safely remove wildlife infestations from home environments."

Generally, the term “rolled roofing” refers to MSR (mineral surface roll) roofing. This type of roofing is similar to asphalt shingles but comes in a roll that’s unraveled and installed over your roof deck. There are many types of rolled roofing, including TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen roofing (aka torch down roofing).

You only need to replace a roof before moving if it’s extremely old or has more than just a couple minor damages. For instance, leaks, uplifted shingles, or obvious holes are issues no one wants to deal with right when they move in, and will automatically repel potential buyers that might have otherwise been interested.

A solar roof can replace an existing roof. Solar panels fit on top of traditional roofs. Flapping shingles, or shingles that are lifting or curling away from your roof, can be glued back into place using roofing cement or sealant. Apply the glue underneath the shingle, then press it down firmly. You can leave a brick on top of the shingle to hold it in place overnight while the sealant dries.
