"We had a bathroom remodel with a walk in shower. Our installer was great for the most part. He was here a week or so before scheduled. We did not get the flooring we requested, I don?t mind that the floor is nice. We requested frosted shower doors but received clear. When they came by for the final payment we told them. The new doors were ordered, we were told at that time. It?s been three months and someone called again today about the final payment?my husband informed him that we still didn?t have the correct doors and that the correct plumbing vent had not been installed. They are a very personable company, but not always correct or fast."

"The crew arrived at the time promised. Ty and Kindra introduced themselves, outlined what they were going to do and went over the guidelines of the project. They were very conscientious about protecting the floors and covered them. Shortly after they began the removal of the existing tub Leon Panos, the plumber, arrived. Throughout the day other workmen and managers from Jacuzzi arrived to assist and see that things were going well. The people that were at my house and worked on my shower installation were; Tyrell, Kindra, Jakob, Jose, Zyler, and Ryan. Also Leon, the plumber. I was very pleased with the entire crew and their dedication to the work at hand, everyone pitched in and worked until the job was done.
