I highly recommend this company. They were very efficient and quick restoring the water damage to our basement. Fortunately, we were able to remove all of the 2” of water within 2 hours after a broken water line flooded the basement. The water damaged walls, ceiling and floors of a large portion of the basement. Our insurance carrier recommended this company and we were very pleased with the restoration. Our basement looks just like it did prior to the damage!

My biggest gripe is that my insurance didnt pay for any of it. They were out within a day and got the damaged sheetrock,flooring and insulation out without damaging anything else.

Ken at Disaster Response is a true professional and expert in the field. He communicates well and does all he can to make sure the job is done correctly. Michael and Justin are awesome, hard workers! What was a long process of inspection, insurance evaluation, demolition and repair was made much less stressful knowing the pros at Disaster Response had my back! I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, they’ll be the first ones I call!
