"I must say that we are highly pleased with the work completed by Valor Home Solutions. Ammaron spent most of one day with us working on a plan as to what we wanted as a finished product. At the end of our meeting, we knew what to expect in regard to cost in material, labor, and quality of work. This project involved remodeling a very old bathroom. The old tub was removed, a new modern walk-in shower was installed with all new plumbing, a new floor was installed and deteriorated wood replaced where needed, and a new vanity was installed. Valor Home Solutions did an excellent job at keeping communication open throughout the project. Nothing was done without checking with us to make sure everything was to our expectations and satisfaction. "After my appointment was postponed twice, they were able to get my project done in good time. They tried to save me from having to replace my water heater, but it had to be replaced. Their work was done well, and they cleaned up after the job was finished. "

"They came and looked at the roof and said they'd love to do the maintenance on the roof since they had installed it. I agreed they claimed to have replaced a few shakes oiled and tightened the rest. When I got home and looked It looked like all they had done was oil it since I could see staples still sticking up. Figured whatever they know what they're doing it must be fine. Then it rain a week or two later and the roof started leaking. I tried calling for weeks and they just ignored my calls. I had my wife call and they instantly answered. They said they'd come look at it again and claimed a seal was messed up where it was leaking and it had been fixed. Great happy again. Well it started leaking again in the exact same spot so I'm starting to think they never touched it to begin with. I'll never recommend them to anyone. This is a joke of a company."

"I really wanted to give DaBella a 5 star review, as they said it was so important to them. Sadly after my roof job was done and they were paid they have completely ignored me and my request for repair of the damage done to my antique beadboard ceiling on my covered porch after one of the installers foot came through it. I understand things can happen - that's why I've been patient. But after months have gone by there's still a gaping hole in my ceiling. They did have someone come out to "repair" the drain breather that was left off. (I was not home when this was done). Sadly the repair was less than acceptable. The pipe was replaced and tape wrapped around it. It's a visible piece and taping over it is not acceptable at all. I made them aware of both of these issues on multiple occasions with no response from them. The sales people were polite and competitive in pricing since I had 3 other quotes. No real complaints with them. Thought I did have to repeatedly sign papers for them, the last time being when one of their reps parked his truck outside my home, stalking me. He was not one of the original sales people I dealt with. The installers that came dealt with the bad weather that cropped up that day. It was quite the ordeal. They did trample all of my flowers surrounding my house, which I was not happy with. I was told they would make it right - but nothing ever happened with that either... I feel like once they got paid I was yesterdays news. The hole in my ceiling I see daily, and it's a reminder of my poor experience thus far."
