In the end the insurance paid to not only replace the entire roof but also bring it all up to code. Communication was clear and consistent. Costs were explained and very fair. The workmanship and materials were high quality. Work was completed in a timely, efficient, and clean manner. We are more than pleased with the dedication and execution of service."

The employee that came to wrap up loose ends and get final payment and sign-off on the project did not speak English. It was impossible to convey the concerns regarding a broken light and to get answers regarding questions about the roof and one uncompleted task. When I emailed the salesperson, I received another copy of our agreement. No personal response, no note, or explanation. I am assuming the contract was to remind me that I had signed off and so was responsible for what was left. I received no follow up phone call or personal contact.
