DaBella - Twin Falls (Roofing)

I really wanted to give DaBella a 5 star review, as they said it was so important to them. Sadly after my roof job was done and they were paid they have completely ignored me and my request for repair of the damage done to my antique beadboard ceiling on my covered porch after one of the installers foot came through it. I understand things can happen - that's why I've been patient. But after months have gone by there's still a gaping hole in my ceiling. They did have someone come out to "repair" the drain breather that was left off. (I was not home when this was done). Sadly the repair was less than acceptable. The pipe was replaced and tape wrapped around it. It's a visible piece and taping over it is not acceptable at all. I made them aware of both of these issues on multiple occasions with no response from them. The sales people were polite and competitive in pricing since I had 3 other quotes. No real complaints with them. Thought I did have to repeatedly sign papers for them, the last time being when one of their reps parked his truck outside my home, stalking me. He was not one of the original sales people I dealt with. The installers that came dealt with the bad weather that cropped up that day. It was quite the ordeal. They did trample all of my flowers surrounding my house, which I was not happy with. I was told they would make it right - but nothing ever happened with that either... I feel like once they got paid I was yesterdays news. The hole in my ceiling I see daily, and it's a reminder of my poor experience thus far.

I would give 0 stars if possible. We have a no soliciting sign on our door. Two of their sales people (solicitors) showed up while I was home alone, and I said I wasn't interested. The one kept insisting we were missing shingles, although that was all resolved during our inspection when we bought the house. These two men wouldn't leave when I asked, which was very uncomfortable. The one eve took it upon himself to insult me and basically called me stupid. What kind of business shows up uninvited, harassing women, and then insults you at your own home? Update: I'd complained to the company, and it seems they contacted our home owners insurance to cancel our policy for the roof.. which is fine, so now I have to sort that out. I'd never heard of this company, employed them for any services, and they just showed up banging on my door. Then they create a headache with our home owners insurance? I'm going to see if I can locate the video footage, and I'll post it here so everyone can get a feel for this company. Not that I'd planned on using them, but now I know I never will, and I'll make sure that nobody I know ever considers them, either.

Scott and Nick came out to do an inspection on my roof. They were very thorough and explained everything to me. Loved the finance options and they made sure to take the best care of me, keeping my budget in mind and made it very affordable for me. I would definitely reccomend scott and nick with Dabella.

I am a new home owner and had no idea of what what i was wanting, Rylee was very kind and super helpful to explain and show me examples. She answered all my questions that I had, very good customer service.

Scott came to our house to help us buy some new windows. He worked well to help my wife and I decide on what was right for us and our budget. If you need new siding, roof, or windows, then Scott Bronson is your guy. He is dependable and informative.

Scott came over to sell us new windows. He was amazing and so helpful to make sure it was affordable for me and husband. He made us feel comfortable and worked with our budget to get us what we needed! I would definitely recommend working with Scott!

We had Brandon come in and give us a quote on a new tub and shower and he did a great job on answering our questions. He got us a quote that would work for us and we will using this company in the future if we need it.

Very professional and quality work!

We were very impressed with the salesperson that did a quality presentation about the company and the product. The installers of our new roof were efficient and fast. The employee that came to wrap up loose ends and get final payment and sign-off on the project did not speak English. It was impossible to convey the concerns regarding a broken light and to get answers regarding questions about the roof and one uncompleted task. When I emailed the salesperson, I received another copy of our agreement. No personal response, no note, or explanation. I am assuming the contract was to remind me that I had signed off and so was responsible for what was left. I received no follow up phone call or personal contact. Very disheartening since this company may sell a quality product but a very expensive service. We

So far so good actually exceptional. I'd like to add more when the work is done. I anticipate high-quality work reflecting on the thorough inspection and preparation Dave Rigby did. We felt that he had our best interests in mind.

The finished product is awesome!

They were very professional. Roofers were careful to cover plants that were around the house and made sure nails and any mess was cleaned up before they left.Our new roof looks amazing! Would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof!

The company and the workmen who came were terrific, considerate and professional. The cost of the windows we ordered was a little high ($14,400), compared with other prices we had seen, and they brought the wrong windows. But the windows we ordered should prove to be worth the money, once they are finally installed.

Had some difficulties with the amount of time it took to complete the project. Part of the reason for this was the extreme amount of work needed in our city because of hail damage. The roof is beautiful.

Signed the contracts and loan paperwork in September of 2017. STILL waiting for the job to be complete. Windows took forever to arrive and one had a broken glass. Windows did not have the full screen that I paid for. Broken glass replaced finally last week. Still waiting on the screens. Yup 1 FEBUARY 2018! REVE is a organization that sub-contacts everything out to local contractors. REVE communication to said contractors appears to be just as bad as their communication to the customer. Initial the window and roof sales people told me that all this work would be done before November. I told them before I signed anything that I could wait until spring if they JOBS were not going to be complete by then. They both told me that they would be done! NOPE roof was put on 10 - 13 NOVEMBER which meant the contractor had to deal with an Ice covered roof. Windows went in DAMAGED in December. Constant calling them to get status. Had so many different supposed dedicated customer service reps.... Seems they all either got fired every 2 or 3 weeks or quit. Not sure which? Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Reve was wonderful to work with! Kent Shannon took amazing care of us and our property. Every wrench that was thrown into the experience was handled graciously and professionally. Every question was answered quickly and gave us comfort in the amount of knowledge provided. We highly recommend this company and Kent especially!!

Sales team is great and helps put you at ease through the process. Customer service and resolution to issues is painstaking!! No communication between sales rep and construction crew. When inquiries or communication needed the sales guy would just state-"tell the crew". For the money spent we did not want to "tell the crew" anything and expected sales guy to rise to the occasion since he wrote up bid and was in our home helping going through details of the job...Our air conditioning line was cut killing our air conditioner on the hottest day of summer in July 2016. We got an apology after calling customer service for over a week. Finally emailed sales guy copies and was going to take care of it....Kept up with customer service and providing copy of receipt and inquiries for status took weeks. Received reimbursement for the cut line for AC in December 2016. Rain this last week was beautiful. Our gutters for a year leak and are worst than the ones on the house for 20 years we replaced. Disappointed with the gutters and tons of regret. Roof is beautiful and seems to do what it needs to! Hoping if ever need to use the warranty it won't be as painful an experience as it was to get things done in other areas.

The salesman was great and we felt really good about choosing them. The work was done efficiently. Several things happened at the install that were troublesome and we wanted to discuss it with the company, but no one will return our calls. The attic fan that vents hot air from the attic was removed and thrown away, and several strips of the roof were left open as a new style of venting, much to our dismay. We were not asked if this would be OK. Tarps were laid by the side of the house and many stalks of flowers were destroyed. My dad grows these flowers to sell to local florists. He just wants an apology or acknowledgement of the problem. A lot of bent nails were found around the yard and driveway. These are all things that needed to be acknowledged by the company but no return call. We have given up, and we will not be suggesting them to our neighbors. Several have asked and gone with other installers after hearing our story.

Geoff Buckendorf inspected my roof and was very informative and told me exactly what will be needed to replace/repair. He was very professional and highly knowledgeable of the project at hand. The price is a little more than I expected but Geoff was able to get me some decent discounts and excellent warranty. Looking forward to seeing the finished product!
