"I hired this company. To clean my air ducts in my home I moved in to.& the ducts were filthy!!! After the guy came cleaned it up spray them with Disinfect after it was all done made the whole place smells wonderful I will definitely keep this company in future reference and tell all my family and relatives if they ever need to get the air ducts clean. Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. Just trying to do more to help my Angies List customers!!******** I am a sole proprietor that works out of my home. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "Great. I placed an online claim Monday 12/21, in a few hours they had assigned a Home Hvac . I was sent an email which stated the tech’s name (Jeremy Dillon). arrival time/ date my home 11 AM Tues 12/22, he arrived early (great), accessed the problem, went got the parts, returned fixed my broken pipes all within about 1 hr. Way to go Jeremy ????. Jeremy followed CDC guidelines (Coronavirus) masked up, social distancing."

We charge by the hour or by the job using a flat-rate pricing catalog, we do not charge overtime fees and we are On-Call twenty four hours a day, seven days a week .We prefer to be payed at time of service, however arrangements can be made under the right circumstances. We also take credit cards.

If replacement of anything more than very minor parts is required the subcontractor must obtain their approval and usually order parts from an approved supplier. This can cause some repairs to take several days. In this case the HVAC subcontractor was superb. He quickly inspected the entire furnace and identified and explained the cause of the problem.  Since there were no major parts requiring replacement he quickly completed the repair and no further problems have been noted.
