"Our thermostat died. My husband called early morning to request an quote for a replacement. Everything else is in working order on our system. He was told he would get a call back. 540pm rolls around and still no call back. Wife calls in and gets the receptionist who refuses to give any kind of quotes over the phone and finally after multiple requests responds that a service call is 89 plus the cost of the thermostat and re-wiring. Wife stated multiple times she wanted the exact same thermostat receptionist refused to give any other information other than stating we would be voiding any and all warranties if we attempted to replace it on our own or had another company do it. WORST customer service EVER. Besides being argumentative the receptionist was either unable or unwilling to give any kind of suggestions on what to do outside of sending a tech out. I spent $10,000 on my system 6 or 7 years ago and let me tell you I will NEVER EVER use this company again."

"Its been a month and I still have an open complaint. They havent finished the job. They didnt install my interior plumbing up to code. They fixed it. They didnt bother to clean and line the piping underground. They came back and did it. They removed my whole house filter and threw it in the trash. Got them to reinstall it. They said they would put a new drain cover on my basement floor drain. Still havent. They removed my washer dryer hook ups because I wanted them in a different place, but they didnt reinstall hook ups. I had hot and cold water roughed in for a kitchen sink as well that I wanted to relocate. They removed them and didnt run lines anywhere else so I have no hot and cold for a sink. Its been a battle the entire time trying to get them to do the job they were hired to do for 15k. What a rip off. Theyve refused to come back and say it would be extra to have the hook ups and hot and cold even though the were there before and the contract says ?replace?. Not happy. Will not hire again and DO NOT recommend."
