The work is phenomenal so far, we still have a week left to completion, The men have showed up daily and are finishing on schedule for what was promised. They are knowledgeable and skilled, we had to run new sewer lines with some jack-hammering and busting out concrete walls, and they took care to prep well. The one thing I learned is, I wished we had itemized the work and individual budgeted prices at the beginning, because we had done our own painting and left out things like radiant flooring to try to save what I thought would have been a lot of money, those things were included on the original bid, yet we are still paying the same price of the original bid. We have not been able to live in the space yet, I will edit with photos when it's completed.

Initially, we were very impressed.  The guy that came over to bid the job was helpful and knowledgable.  He seemed confident in their ability to get everything done to match the rest of the home.  Unfortunately, he forgot about our bid, so we had to call and remind him.  The quote came in at $800 for the framing (including lumbar), which seemed reasonable.  There was some lack of communication though, because the guys they sent out to do the job weren't really aware of anything, and we had to explain it all again.  They also were unaware that we needed the duct work framed in, so that added the extra $200 into the quote.  It took them a week and a half to do it.  We never knew when they were going to show up, and they were generally poorly prepared when they did (not enough supplies, etc).  There were days that they only showed up for an hour or two.  It was so frustrating to have them tell us it would only take a day or two and have it extend into almost two weeks.  Or tell us that they would be over at 7:30 and not show up until 10:00.
The work itself was tolerable.  The foreman kept criticizing what the framers had done, almost as if the guys framing our home didn't know what they were doing.  That didn't inspire confidence.  We had to remind them to do a few things that should have been obvious to someone who had done that type of work before.  
Overall, it's done, and the walls are straight, with appropriate space created for doors.  For such a simple job, it seemed unbelievably difficult for them to get it done correctly or quickly.  I'm glad that we had this trial run with the framing before we contracted over the whole thing.  We won't be using them again.

The service took more than a month between initial contact and job commencement. Several times, the provider came over to take measurements that appeared to be the same measurements that had been taken before. The same was true with grout color matching - it had to be done several times. On more than one occasion, the workman would appear at the appointed time to commence work and then take a several-hours long trip to Lowe's for materials, rather than arriving prepared to work. The provider charged a 3% fee associated with the use of a credit card, vice check or cash.

These small projects went according to plan.  Darin did exactly what we agreed to and did a good job of cleaning up the mess and disposing of all trash and wrecked out tile and wood.

.The job was done in a reasonable period of time and in a very satisfactory manner.  They worked with us on everything and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied.

The mold remediation was about $3600 and the windows were $1800 for four replacement windows. Everything went fantastic! They have been doing work for me for about a year and every job is great!

They were very responsive and did an excellent job.  They are reliable and complete great work.  I highly recommend them to others.

Did a  nice job, had good people working for them, seemed to have a specialist in each phase (i.e., men for heavy duty stuff, good  painter, nice caulking, well fitting linoleum, nice removal of old wallpaper--without damaging the walls, good matching of baseboard joints, and no leaks afterward from the new toilet seal)
We appreciated the owner spending his time helping us pick out the materials, and his (and his workers) concern that we be satisfied. The owner also kept us well-informed as to his progress in getting materials.  Also, all the workers were polite, and nice to be around.

They did not seem to have a lot of experience with wallpaper, as the original estimate of the amount of wallpaper needed was too loo low to match patterns. However,  the fact that wallpaper was not recommended for steamy areas led us change our minds anyway, and go with painting -- which was well done.
We would definitely use this contractor again.

Remodeled kitchen.  Went very smoothly.
