They also cut out part of a water damaged wall and repaired it and the tile on the floor. James is very personable and takes pride in a job well done. I would Definately recommend him and will have him do more projects."

He listened to what I wanted and made it happen. The space turned out great and it didn’t take long. If there were any changes to the estimate, Ryan talked to me about it beforehand. Several times, the provider came over to take measurements that appeared to be the same measurements that had been taken before. The same was true with grout color matching - it had to be done several times. On more than one occasion, the workman would appear at the appointed time to commence work and then take a several-hours long trip to Lowe's for materials, rather than arriving prepared to work. The provider charged a 3% fee associated with the use of a credit card, vice check or cash.

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
