"We take great pride in the work that we and our subcontractors provide for homeowners in the area. We attempted a few times meeting you to look at the minor issues with your project that you said existed. As far as the bank declining your application for financing we have no control over what they do because we are not the bank. We had made payment arrangements to help get you better financing after 6 months when your credit got better and the payment arrangement we made with you was only to get you to that 6 month mark. Instead of allowing us to help you get a better payment arrangement you decided to stop paying your bill when work was already performed. That is why we had to take you to court, which we greatly dislike doing but when you tell us you are not going to pay for your project that is the only means for us to get paid for our services."
