"A family business. The mother, Heather, is the receptionist and delightful to work with. Their son, Blake, came out to check for bed bugs and was upfront and honest...none were found. He also gave tips for getting rid of suspected mites on dog beds, etc. Very, very helpful! Do not know if we will be billed for the inspection but I do not think so."
