I was not home when the project took place, but my dad was very impressed with the plumbers. There were a couple of issues with not being able to drain the old water heater due to sediments and some leaking when they removed. They had put towels down but a few rugs still got wet. "After a headache of broken promises from another company...i found Matt Beebe thru Home Advisor..Matt called back within 5min. After i left him a msg. He asked me about my problem and then asked me if i need it done right away or if i could wait till the next day.i explained to him how frustrated i was with the other noshows..and he was happy to do it tonight..he told me 1hr..to 2hrs but he is on his way..i dont think it was even an hour and i saw him backin his trailer into my driveway..he was very courteous and professional.
