"I recently moved into a townhouse and discovered in the first cold snap that the furnace would not start. The technician found that the intake vent was clogged. Because the initial installation was done incorrectly when the townhouse was built, the clog could not be simply cleared satisfactorily, despite a valiant effort by the tech. A temporary fix was made to supply heat and parts ordered to vent correctly. A portion of the venting was replaced and the repair was made permanently a few weeks later. Though the wrong part was provided by the parts supplier, the tech made a trip back to the supplier to get the correct parts. I was given the option to reschdule the visit or wait until he returned with the correct part (I chose to wait). Work was done neatly and all mess cleaned up well. The fix will make it easier to clear any debris in vents to prevent any future problems. Technician was polite, personable, and explained the problem clearly. He also took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with the operation of a furnace that I was unfamiliar with. I especially appreciated the phone call to let me know the tech was on the way to my home for both trips (and he was) so that I could meet him at my home and miss a minimal amount of work."

Plumber called about 30 minutes before arriving (as promised upon setting appointment). She wore booties, tested leak under disposal and showed us the actual source of the leak. The connector to the trap was cracked so that and the trap were also replaced. After installing new disposal and testing everything carefully, the plumber left our kitchen very clean and neat. We were given options before deciding what (if any) disposal would be installed. All in all, this was a good experience.
