Once I approved and the appt was set he showed up on time. Took his shoes off at the door! Joe changed my wi-fi password and then updated my MacPro laptop, iPhone, iPad, Echo, Amazon Fire, Directv and all the apps (Netflix, Prime,etc), and my work computer! Then he went to work getting my printer to print! Joe is wicked smart with his degree in software engineering and a minor in cyber security.
