"My project was 9 anchors to be installed in a 1955 house at the bottom of a steep hill. We have brought in 40 truckloads of dirt-well tamped and terraced the yard with limestone walls and 4 french drains. Should have done the anchors first but did not so much of the delicate landscaping had to be preserved on top of it all to complicate matters. I was nervous but the project went so beautifully and they compromised with me to maintain the character of the house. Everyone worked hard all day. Bill Bothwell was a gem and totally understood all of my concerns. He needs a raise in pay. Chris Warren who initially evaluated the project day one was great, too. He answered all of my questions even days later as I had time to think out how this was all going to effect future projects that will be happening like an addition. My yard is nice and neat and tidy-you would not know major construction happened. I am a very picky person and my landscape is happy, too. The team is great! I cannot applaud them enough! The price was super fair!"

"In addition to the gutter guards which were installed and the downspouts buried, Thrasher also changed out a misfitting basement window well and cover, and installed a Sadona dehumidifying system. Jonah and his crew of Corrin and Luis were excellent at the work they did. I was called before they arrived, to ensure I was ready for them to start work, and Jonah went over the work with me prior to starting, to confirm what was to be done. Completely professional. After it was completed, we inspected it together and everything was perfect. I will worry less next time it rains! I will definitely recommend Thrasher if anyone I know needs work done."

"Where do I start?!? If I could give Jason 10 stars, I would. He was at my house an hour after I called in a panic when several drains were clogged and unusable. He was professional, friendly, and got right to work. His experience and problem-solving skills were clear right from the start. When my old pipes for one drain didn’t allow him to snake down far enough to clear the clog, he simply moved to another drain to do what needed to be done. Shortly after that, the clog(s) was cleared. When I despaired out loud while he was in the first drain that it didn’t sound promising, he simply replied, “Don’t worry, I’ll get it cleared!” I would absolutely recommend Jason to anyone and everyone who needs an experienced, honest, friendly and hard-working plumber, and will be sending my family and friends his contact information. "Great job! Installed a dishwasher where there had not been one before. Removed the cabinets, etc. Once everything was hooked up, he ran a short cycle to ensure no leaks. While that was happening, he completed a few extra jobs that I had pointed out when Josh came over to give me a very reasonable estimate. This included securing a hand rail that another contractor just secured into the drywall not into the studs like Josh did, etc. Josh truly is a handyman who knows about many things. Getting that list ready again!"

"Overall, was very pleased with results. Recently had to replace defective tub spout and cartridge. Encountered an issue with spout replacement. Had a verbal agreement that customer supplied spout, shower head and single handle assembly would be covered under life time warranty. Since it was not written down on contract, Rebath indicated customer supplied parts were not covered even though sales indicated it would be covered verbally. However, Rebath did order part (it was under Moen lifetime warranty) and installed part. Rebath did offer to assist with future claims, if needed, with customer supplied parts needing replacement."

"I have owned rentals properties in Lincoln for over a decade and I have hired a lot of contractors to do a myriad of work for the houses over the years. Thrasher has hands down been the best company I have ever hired. From the very first day I called them, they were the most professional, polite, and honest people I have ever seen. When Trevor came out to see what needed to be done (a leaking egress window, which was improperly installed by another company, Thrasher was there to fix their mistakes) he gave the most in-depth analysis of what the problem was I have ever seen. I had two other companies come and look at the same problem, one of which did not even go into the basement and gave me a cookie cutter answer. After Trevor told me what the problem was, he went in-depth on how they would fix it. He had brought a laptop in that showed me the exact products they would be installing, how it was installed, cost and everything in the most professional way I have ever seen, and this was on the spot! Once the work began they laid down plastic over the stairs, through the kitchen and to the garage to keep the house clean. Not only that, but they also turned off the HVAC system and covered it! Something I would have never even thought of. Again, the workers were polite and courteous, cleaned up after themselves and left the place in better condition than when they started. All in all, I cannot give them any higher of a praise. I hope that I never need their services again, but if I ever have a problem that they specialize in, they will be my first and only phone call for the repairs. I have already recommended to everyone I know, and told them how great it was to work with them. Thanks again."
