Brent did an excellent job clearing our basement drain. He was professional, courteous and answered all our questions patiently. Services were provided on a Sunday with a quick response time. We appreciate Major Drain and will definitely use them again.

Major Drain made quick work of cleaning my main drain. They really know what they are doing and my place was nice and clean when they left. I couldn't possibly have rented an auger and done the job as well. I do a lot of home remodelling and I know when it makes sense to call the pros in their field.

Major Drain was very professional and came out promptly they next morning to assist us in cleaning our drain after a home inspection was performed and buyers requested it. Their pricing is very fair and found after shopping around they could not be beat. I would recommend them to anyone and if something ever arises from our new home they will be the first company I call.

The men were not only on time but early. They fix my problem and even fixed a possible future problem without being asked. The toilet wouldn't stop running on the smart toilet which had to be removed to fix it. When it was removed the guy noticed the flange needed repair. So another guy had to come out to fix that and he did an outstanding job.

They showed up after another company originally told me to punch a while in my ceiling to find the leak myself. It took a 3rd guy from this other company to say it was my dishwasher. Didn’t use dishwasher and still had a leak. Major Drain came out located the leak on the shut off valve to the dishwasher and fixed it. No more leak. Professional Friendly Honest Best around imo.

They were on time and the service didn't take as long as I had anticipated. They made sure I had no leaks and that the valve worked before leaving. I only had a shut off before the meter and it didnt work. They replaced it and then added another after the water meter which is code in new homes today.

They were helpful and informative. They warned me that if they did all of the work I initially called them out to do that it might result in additional costs to me (due to pre-existing damage near/around clean-out plug). They then gave me the option (after discussing pros/cons of proceeding) of how I wanted them to proceed.
