He even took the time to create a custom threshold that transitioned the floor from tile to carpet! Reo confessed that he had never seen a garage laid without footings, and he wasn't sure how much it would cost to add them. I had another company come look and give me an estimate and called Reo back. "Todd came on the day & time scheduled and completed the work in our attic.  Our problem was that we had condensation forming in the attic and draining through the ceiling fans into the bathrooms.  This did not happen all the time so we are not sure the problem has been corrected but so far so good!"
