The ducts seem to be cooling a little bit better. Maybe my problem was a poorly designed duct system, so because there wasn't a dramatic difference, it may not be Brown's fault. "Overall, we liked working with them, and they did a proper job removing the old furnace and installing the new one. I'll keep working with them and see how it goes, so I may have to update my review in the upcoming months. I will have to have them coming to help me with my AC not starting - we couldn't check the AC when they installed the furnace because it was too cold outside, I suspect some issue with the wiring of the smart thermostat. They were supposed to change the furnace door that has a ssmall issue with the lower right corner and its attaching screw, but apparently they dropped the ball, don't know if they ever received a new door.

I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again.
