We hired this company to remove a fallen tree from our fence and shed after hurricane Ida. Nathan and his crew were professional, kind, honest, thorough, and tidy. We couldn't be happier with their service. Not only they removed the tree, but they also cleaned the mess of leaves and small branches after the tree removal. They were all very polite and friendly. They followed up with us the next day after we inspected their work. They did exactly what they told us they would do. Very hard working men with great ethics. Their price was very reasonable. We are vey thankful for their honesty and hard work. They are the best!

Eduardo made the initial contact after a tornado took down trees and utility poles around our house. He was straightforward, professional and arranged for the cleanup. The crew expedited the cleanup, tree removal, and stump grinding in a timely manner. They were pleasant, answered all my questions, and were respectful of the property. Omar, Tony and their crew did a fantastic job removing the trees and grinding the stumps. They showed up as scheduled and immediately went to work, they removed some items around the yard that could have been damaged during the removal process. Once the job was completed, they made sure all of the small debris was cleaned up. This was the second time we have used them and would recommend them highly. I wish some of my neighbors would use them instead of using their lawn crews which usually butcher the trees and leave a mess. They may know how to mow lawns but know nothing about how to properly trim trees.

We normally never buy anything or agree to using a service that approaches us by a door to door sales rep, but Jose with Greenway Tree Service had a honest, professional approach and he seemed sincere. We have a lot of trees and they needed to be trimmed. I knew the last tree service I used went out of business. I let Jose look things over and give us a quote, but I wouldn't schedule the work until I researched the company. I found that Greenway had a 5 star rating and nothing but good comments from satisfied customers. We had them do our job and we're very satisfied with the outcome. We had them cut down about 8 trees and grind the stumps, along with trimming our trees and raising the canopies. They worked two full days, and I mean WORKED. Their crew worked nonstop from 7:00 A.M. until dark thirty each day. I think they only took about 30 minutes for lunch. Even the owner Omar worked by grinding the stumps and helping where needed. They did an awesome job and our neighbors complimented how much better our trees look. You will get your money's worth with Greenway Tree Service and you'll be happy with the results.

The crew took special care to protect the lower shrubs and trees of our Japanese garden while they trimmed the overhead trees.

Greenway did a great job removing 23 trees from our property. They showed up on time and almost finished the same day.

Omar came over promptly and assessed my dead trees and gave me a price with the reasons for it. I asked for extra trimming on a few shrubs and he agreed to include that. They arrived and got to work efficiently and remove the trees and grinded the stumps, raked up and blew off the debris. Very personable and professional too.

I'm generally skeptical of folks who knock on my door asking about doing tree work. However, the timing was right as damage from last Oct ice storm still needed trimming and Jose seemed genuine. The crew arrived promptly a couple days later, worked with a purpose and had the big job done quickly. They did what we had agreed, even cheerfully taking some special instructions along the way. They did the best job I've ever had of grinding the stump for the tree that couldn't be saved. The price seemed a little higher than most, but the convenience & professionalism was great!
