"Although I think the work done was excellent, the flat fee that covers the first 10 vents should be able to be adjusted down. I only had 4 simple floor vents in a small home with no basement but had to pay full price of over $400. One word of caution, do not stay in the house when the vents are fumed. Though not necessarily unpleasant, the smell clung to my clothes and the inside of my nose for hours. Wait a bit until the furnace/AC has been running before going back in."

"Air Conditioner outdoor fan stop running Memorial Day weekend, called 4 area companies and the only one to call back was Fosters. Scott was in and out replacing a bad capacitor unit. "After signing up with "Home Advisor" and selecting jp plumbing as a company i was interested in, JP sent me an email. I called an talked to Joy. She gave me the cost of replacing my old water heat. She gave me the cost right then and there. Said they could replace the heater the very next day. Joe called about 8 the next morning that he would be here asap. He came about 8:30, looked at the old heater and went to buy the replacement. He was back, carried the new heater downstairs, went right to work. Had everything in place in an hour. Carried the old water heater upstairs. Was efficient and clean. Good job, I will call them again. Elaine"
