"Accu Level overpromised and underperformed. We reached out to have a simple job performed as part of selling our house. From the start, we were told the work could be performed prior to closing. Due to timing and this promise, we did not get any other bids. Upon receiving the contract, we paid the deposit within one hour. From this point on, there was no communication from the business that was not initiated by us. We texted our rep and called the office every day from this point on to see when the work would be scheduled. There was no proactive communication whatsoever. Finally, one day before closing, our real estate agent demand a date to be scheduled and it was scheduled two weeks after closing. Thankfully, we had a flexible buyer who was willing to close without the work being done. On the day the work was supposed to be scheduled, with no notice, it was postponed for another week and the buyer had to find a time to reschedule. This had to be communicated to me by my realtor and not the business. After the work was done, I reached out to our rep to explain how disappointed we were with the customer service. This was verbatim his response: "Please understand this is not our normal scenario and there were people let go/had responsibilities changed because of it." I asked to speak to his manager. Upon speaking with the manager, he said they weren't willing to do anything to make amends for the lack of customer service even with his rep openly admitting that they did not meet their promises. The manager quoted back terms of the contract to me that they are allowed to reschedule and I explained that this was not a contractual dispute, but a complaint about customer service when an employee openly admitted fault and he was not willing to take accountability for his employee. I asked to speak to his manager. This conversation happened two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for that call. Don't use this business if you want any level of customer service."

Twenty-eight lives were taken as well as all their possessions, like mine. I drew from destroyed photos their families so they could have memorial portraits of them at the funerals and for the rest of time. Since then I have made a living traveling the country doing shows and drawing from photos you email me on line. There is NO GIFT more unique that brings more tears of joy to a loved one's eyes like one of these. Nothing. I've seen it time and time again. I make it affordable to anyone who's ever wanted one of these. Paintings with half the detail of these can cost upwards of $30,000 limiting something like this from hanging in living rooms for families to the rich only. Not anymore. Here's how it works.. Simply email me your favorite picture or pictures to [email protected] with a brief description of what you would like done. The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away. Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's 225 for 11x14's 275 for 14x17's After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. I am also friends on Facebook with almost every person I've ever drawn for as well and would like to be your friend as well if you would like that. I post them on FB at your discretion. It makes me way more legit to people as well. The Prices vary with the art because of the size of the drawing as well as the number of faces. The number of faces DOES NOT double the cost. Usually an extra face is added depending on the size from anywhere between 25 and 50, but I do deals on these more than anything, so please call me about it at .(850) 691-3976

"Contracted to do the above which he completed. Also contracted to remove bush and a stump. Said he would be over on the weekend to finish. This was on 7/3 and I paid him. He said he needed to pay his crew. Boy was I hood winked. What business does not have money in reserve to pay his employees? It is now 7/25. Called 3 times and left a detailed message no call back. Last night called using another phone number and talked to Tom. He promised he would be over that night 7/24 to finish the contract. As of this writing work not completed. So sad. This gives ALL contractors a bad rep. I was very patient and trusting. Never again."
