I called him & he said he was driving to Osceola,Iowa for materials. He said he could come later , unless something came up. I insisted he come or come Monday. He said he would have to have someone else come Monday as he had a job in Georgia. I became VERY suspicious of a scam. He talked over me & said I was being aggressive with him.
