He and his team worked very hard day to day and also had very good manners. This was a big job - garage floor, corner lot with lots of sidewalks (personal walkways too) and spruced up front steps. My husband and I both agreed on 4 stars (which on this scale reads as good and 5 stars read as great but to me 4 stars = great and 5 = excellent). We agree that after Edgar has some more experience running his company that every new job he undertakes will add to that experience and small mistakes will be a thing of the past. "

When asked to correct the problem, the tech supervisor became upset and uncourteous. Would accept the mistake. Work quality was below average and tech staff was highly arrogant and uncourageous."
