Excellent. I have used this service in the past. They are always punctual, knowledgeable, well priced and do an excellent job. They are always the first company I contact with tree related services.

He's a certified arborist and won't take down something if it doesn't need to be or if it is out of season.  His price and quality is great. He's a very honest man.

We set up the service in June and had not heard from them until today. This was not a problem as it was easier for them to get at the trees. We were not in any rush.

 They cut down two medium trees and one small tree. They also cut back overgrowth. The price was incredibly reasonable and they were polite and did the job. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Good experience, easy to work with as had not installed a radio antenna which required climbing trees to approx. 40' and installing pulleys.  Did a good job of clean-up after trimming bushes.

Removed dead branches and limbs, good cleanup.

Came out and gave us a thorough evaluation of what needed to be done.  Gave us an estimate.  Followed through with what he said he would do.  Satisfied with all aspects of the job.  We will use him again. 

I was very pleased with the work and especially at the reasonable price. Tom and his co-worker took off many lower branches and ran them through the hopper. It took probably about 2 hours plus of time to complete.

Tom was very responsive and came out to do the work early in the range he said he would. While estimating, he shared with me a lot of information about the trees he was going to work on as well as all of the other landscaping. The trees look great and I was very happy with the whole experience.

It went just the way I wanted it too. The cleanup was excellent, work was efficient.

It went very well. He came on a Saturday to give the estimate and told me it would be done by the next Friday and it was. Very reliable. Very hardworking.

Returned our call within 24 hours. Came out and gave us a estimate on the tree that had to be removed. Also gave us advice on trimming other oak trees in the area. Since this was going to be a small job, he told us he would cut the tree down when he was working in our area. There was no rush on our part, but he did come out a couple days later, and did the job. We were not home at the time, but very satisfied with the job he did. He cleaned up after he was done. When he cane to give us the estimate, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about other trees on our property.

It went well. Being an arborist, he told us one of oaks was a little weak. He speculated it would probably be the first to die. Our neighbor later requested his services for her trees.

Tom arrived to do an estimate when he said he would and he was polite and professional. He made it clear that he might not get to my job for weeks because of a backlog of work. I was fine with that. He didn't give me a specific date when the tree would be cut down. In fact, he just showed up one day and the tree was removed without him contacting me. I was a little surprised but totally fine with that. He did a great job. The tree was close to the house and there was a power line running near it, but he removed the tree with no damage to anything nearby. I even had a flower bed close to the tree and nothing was harmed. He cleaned up meticulously afterward. I will call him again if I need any more tree service.

Overall it went well. The original estimate was months ago, and we were expecting the trees to be removed in a few weeks. With the weather, it took months. Also, he arrived without calling ahead. Luckily someone was home. We also expected that the wood would be split for firewood. Instead it was cut to firewood length and we have to split it ourselves which is not convenient in the middle of winter. However, the price was far below other quotes and the gentleman was respectful and did a good job.

We are very satisfied as always with his work. Prompt, professional, and careful, our pines and crab apples look great and are no longer obstructing a pathway and a view. His price is very competitive with other companies and his work is so much better!

He is faithful and reasonable. He is a certified arborist.

Tom is a professional in every sense, prompt and honest about costs and ability to get the work done. He arrives on time for estimates, explains everything in layman's terms and gets the job done when he says he will. He was able to remove the trees without damage to surrounding property and cleans up all his work areas beautifully.
