"The owner (Tyson) has always been able to come and assess, if not fix, the addressed problem, the same day we call. If parts are needed, turn around for parts and repair are immediate. I have found Ursidae to be the most reasonable, when it comes to price regardless, if it is for parts, labor, or both. We will only hire this company to work on our families properties. He will go out of his way to fix any problem that he has the ability to, which we appreciate greatly."

"I don't complain about the amount of work they did for the amount of money they charged. There is no issue with that. I'm sending them photos and they are talking design with me and I decided after I met someone here to have the designer walk through the house and to be able to talk with them more than once, I just decided that this long distance design just wasn't for me. I'm not a very conventional guy but it was just too long distance and unconventional. I'm sure it works for some people. I thought I would give it a shot, it was inexpensive. It isn't that no good information came out of that. It is no complaint about the company, it just wasn't for me."
