The repairman, Brent, was there by 10:30, appropriately wearing a mask. He was swift to check every part of the AC set-up and quickly found our problem - a bad compressor - and repaired it. The whole thing took 20-minutes. Afterward, I found out that Precision is a local small business, and I was happy to have found our new, permanent, heating and air conditioning company."
