"I had an absolutely 5-star experience with Precision Comfort. Our air went out on Friday night. I researched, and reviews across multiple platforms were stellar for Precision. I called about 8 p.m., they answered right away, apologized for not having a repairman available right away, but set an appointment for between 10-noon on Saturday. The repairman, Brent, was there by 10:30, appropriately wearing a mask. He was swift to check every part of the AC set-up and quickly found our problem - a bad compressor - and repaired it. The whole thing took 20-minutes. Afterward, I found out that Precision is a local small business, and I was happy to have found our new, permanent, heating and air conditioning company."
