799 My dishwasher wasn't draining. Josh arrived within the specified time frame. Spent several minutes doing some troubleshooting. Eventually found a kink in the drain hose from when I had repaired a different issue a week before. He was able to unlink the hose.
On time, and immediately went to work clearing floor drain. After retrieving the bigger machine, he was able to clear the drain within the hour. Would definitely hire again.
