"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. I would recommend this business"

I paid the invoice. It's been over a year and despite numerous emails (over a dozen) with Amanda Zettel of Homemade Design, I still have not received the drapes or a refund. "Jeremy was on-time & came right at 10am on a Saturday morning. He was very friendly and did a thorough job on my 3 yr old ivory carpet. Overall it looked clean, but the high traffic areas still looked gray and dingy even after it dried. Guess nothing stays new looking forever, even after a good clean! Good service overall and they use truck mounted machinery so you don't have to mess around with letting them hook up to your water and dump down your drains like others cleaning services do!"
