"Got the job done. We think he was expensive. $800 + supplies from Lowe's. He was here about 4 hours. He will be back to sand the drywall, so maybe another hour. That's still very expensive per hour."

Discussed with owner, came up with acceptable price, oked work to cont. Completed work well, cleaned up all materials, and apologized for communication mix-up. Very pleasant to work with.
