The instructions given to the contractor could have been more detailed. He had questions that should have been answered in the work order. Because we used two colors of siding on a couple of sides of the house that were quite tall, we were not clear what the salesman had in mind. We had to play that part by ear. Or sight.
The salesman had promised that he would be on site several times during the installation of the siding, but we never saw him again after signing the agreement to use K-Designers.
The contractor tried to do all he could to be sure we were satisfied with the look of the siding, and that meant that he had to remove a small portion of what he had put on to change to the other color. He knew his job well and worked efficiently and carefully. Because the work order was not clear, he checked with us as often as necessary.
I felt the contractor was professional and did his part well. I was disappointed in the salesman and his partner. During the evening of their visit, the one was on his cell phone constantly. He also did not remain on task and the time grew quite lengthy.
I'm not sure I would use this provider again even though I marked it yes. It's really a maybe. The salesmen have made no effort to check back with us to see if we were satisfied. They are not trying to develop a relationship with customers as far as I can see.
They wanted to make their sale and move on.
