"I would recommend Limitless Landscape to anyone in my network, period. As a laymen customer I knew the basics of paver patios and knew what I wanted to do with the space but I was not aware of all the intricacies that go into a project like this. They were patient and incredibly responsive to my questions. On that note most contractors will deliver what a customer wants, but Limitless really went over and above the competition to engage my interest, educate on possibilities to stay within the range of my budget and most importantly, brought my project to LIFE before I signed up with them. Alan is as knowledgeable as anyone I experienced in the bid process, set clear expectations on what was possible and delivered an amazing option for me. What puts Limitless over the top is the combination of he and Liz in how they do business. Liz used a fantastic software tool to sketch out a 3D rendering of my space in exactly what my house looked like and gave me multiple options to choose from. She and Alan presented it to me together and gave me a range of cost on the different options even before signing up with them. It was an easy decision. It could have stopped there, but Alan's leadership of his team was impeccable. The team was on time, worked full days, and was very professional in a fairly complex job including setting my patio up for preparation for a hottub (extra deep excavation and preparation of the pavers). Throughout the process Liz was fast to respond and their logistics are streamlined such that any change I made was quickly reacted to. The final product is one that we know will last for years to come and made what could have been stressful experience one that I thoroughly enjoyed. "Estimator was out a few days after I contacted them.  Very prompt.  Clear design plan and bid.  Work was preformed on time, withing constraints caused by weather.  Had a few plants that did not survive the winter and they were replace promptly and without any argument.  Workers were polite and careful.  Cleaned up after they were done.

"Mike came out a couple of times and he really assessed my yard, including the water pooling problems I was having.  I wanted my patio extended, but because the existing patio was old, crumbling stamped concrete, he made multiple suggestions for how to make it look nice in the end.  He showed me how the end product would look and even agreed to incorporate some stone I had elsewhere in the yard to make it all look like it had always been there. He mapped it out and I was ecstatic about the vision he had. Unfortunately, to rip out my existing patio and truly do it the right way, it came in higher than I was comfortable with at this point in time.  However, I was very impressed with the amount of time Mike took with me and the different options and solutions he thought of to make it exactly what I wanted.  When I do have the budget for the project, I will definitely be calling Mike to come out and do the job. He was wonderful to work with.

"We are incredibly please with the quality of concrete work done for our patio. The guys contracted to come out got the project done in less than 3 days. They were here before 7 am and worked hard. Even with the heavy machinery they used, they were very considerate and laid down boards to drive on, resulting in absolutely no damage to the yard. It turned out lovely. I do not feel as satisfied with the quality of work on the mulch beds. From a quick glance, the dark mulch and healthy plants look nice, but a good portion of the grass around the mulch beds was trampled down to solid dirt, the natural edging now looks like the mulch edge is just a bunch of dirt everywhere. When I water the plants in the beds, the mulch is thin enough around some plants that it is just solid mud (it is thicker in other areas). One of the beds installed was supposed to be a straight 3ft wide up to an A/C unit and get wider to be around it. They were unable to make a straight line in the edging and the bed goes from 3 ft to a quick 2ft and then around the A/C. It looks sloppy, not aesthetic. One of my popup drains was not installed to be flat with the ground, it's cover has been broken barely two weeks later. I had asked and payed for all the stumps and old bushes to be removed from the mulch bed, there have now been four stumps with green shoots I’ve noticed coming up through the mulch. Turns out they left them and just covered them with dirt and mulch. Also, the Red Dragon Red Maple tree that was put in is pretty, but for $300, I thought it would be taller than 4.5’ tall. I called the owner with my concerns before constructing this review, he did not have very good customer service. He dismissed all my concerns and said that it was to be expected with landscaping and construction. But, his own cement crew was able to show how little damage can be made by being considerate with heavy construction equipment. He said he would come out to look at the forgotten stumps in the mulch and was defensive about the popup drain that was damaged. He insisted that they were even with the ground surface. He did send someone out the following week to remove additional stumps…he removed one. $7084"
