Most of which just felt like a rushed job with a ton of corner cutting and no attention to quality. I?m not usually a negative reviewer, but I?ve had a lot of friends and family tell me that this is not an acceptable level of quality for what I paid. I feel like I need to be honest about that in this case. Nice enough guy and I wish him the best. But I sadly can?t recommend. "

"They said you could not put a outlet closer than 3 feet in the bathroom-GFCI? They left the house muddy (its was snowing/raining) everyday they work in the house. Never cleaned up after themselves. The owner is very unprofessional and racists, even though he hires Latinos. They drove on the grass and tore up. They completely missed driving on the driveway. Never offered to fix it. Did not complete all the items listed in the quote we agreed upon. Tried to charge me $400 to stub in for a ceiling fan. replacement outlets, they made the drywall opening larger than the outlet cover and would not repair. Pretty anything they messed they refused to fix. THEN the owner after I requested money off for items forgotten or missed and things he ruined, he has the balls to call the building permit dept because i removed drywall in the dining room. super dick move!!! and not trustworthy."

COVID-19 has been a huge challenge, as supply chain disruptions have caused certain materials to be out of stock, creating delays in construction. Ben communicated these issues on a timely basis. Stephanie handles administration and marketing for the company. She was prompt and courteous in our requests for information. Jenna, using 3D software, helped us create and visualize the finished project months before the demolition and construction of our home actually began. She paid close attention to our wish list while providing a young professional’s perspective on what it would take to modernize our home. She provided attractive “Plan B” alternatives when COVID related delays forced us to look for different materials to install Chris and Troy are highly skilled construction professionals, that excel in doing quality work in an efficient manner. RHR was a great fit for our project. They understand what is needed to make a home viable for aging in place. We were very comfortable working with them. Finally, for anyone considering home renovation, it’s important to be flexible and willing to tolerate disruption when living in your house during the construction process. Floors look great; subcontracted out. Should've had couple items clearly written out before work began but happy with the work completed. Dispose of all trash/scrapes myself. I wouldn't hire again due to a couple issues but work completed was an A."
