I set up a second appt for 2 days later, they could not add me to their schedule for the next day. The appt was set for 8:00am. At 8:45 I called and asked where he was, they said on the way. I live 8 mins from their office. At 9:05 I called and cancelled. They later emailed and said they had another emergency call and did not realize my tech has been sent to that. No calls and no one in the office knew this when I called in not once but twice. Poor poor customer service"
