The old water heater sprang and leak and needed to be replaced immediately. Kuenster prioritized my call, pointed out an option that was higher capacity and a bit cheaper that what I was looking for, and came and replaced the water heater the following morning.

Very thorough, prompt. This is an older furnace and they were honest about it not needing any expensive or unecessary repairs. This made me feel they were very ethical.

The team worked like clock work. They got in, discussed the matter in detail with all options and once an option was settled on, they moved quickly to fix the problems and do the additional gas line installation.
