Rose Water Plumbers Inc
About us
Owner occupied properties are my focus. I have had some of the same customers for all the years I have worked as a plumber. Sometimes now I am working for their offspring. I do not do commercial or new construction or rental property work, generally.
Business highlights
Services we offer
plumbing repair/replacement of fixtures. Will restore or salvage vintage fixtures when possible. Not fond of the latest modern products. Do not have equipment for big sewer or drain cleaning and do not do furnace or radiant heating. I do make lots of good referrals.

I called and emailed Ginny (she tells you her email address on her voicemail). When she's out and about she doesn't get the messages on her office phone. But she responded to my email almost instantaneously! She said she was available to come over right now, and she was here in 15 minutes.
She put her two big pipe wrenches on the stuck nuts, used a third wrench as leverage between the handles of the first two, and pried the nuts loose in seconds. She had the line plugged and job completely done in less than 10 minutes.
Ginny has done work for us before. She is amazingly responsive, prompt, and fast. She has to be my favorite plumber in the world. I will call her again and again.
Ginny was a pleasure to work with, on the job and in correspondence, responding to my emails and helping me understand what to expect. I expected to pay much more because she had originally estimated a full day's work at $500 and in the end we had her for almost two full days on top of additional materials we ended up needing. I was very surprised when I received the bill for only $795. We anticipate calling on her in the future to replace old CPVC plumbing per her recommendations, some of which we've already experienced leaks with. Thank you Ginny!
