"Around the beginning of the year I had them come out to cut down a large ash tree that was showing signs of rot and I didn't want it to break and hit my house. "I have to say, Bill's Tree Service is the BEST tree service company I have ever had work done with. Other companies came, bid, then no showed me. But Bill is the ultimate professional. He arrived on time for the consultation. Was very personable, drove a spotless vehicle and spent over an hour going over my entire property. I was prepared for being told that I would need to have trees brought down but no. There was not one tree that needed removed, just trimmed and groomed. I was out of town when his crew did the job but as the consummate professional, at 7:00 am I received a text with pictures showing his crew on the job and starting work. It was a full 2 day job, an hour from Sioux City but they were there, did an awesome job and a perfect cleanup above and beyond what I expected. I just wish I could have thanked the crew in person. What I wish the most is that I had called Bill last summer to look at a big, huge beautiful tree that was brought down by another cutter, that in retrospect could have been saved and enjoyed for many, many more years to come.
