"Overall positive experience, quick, professional and show up on time. Austin installed two brand new A/C for us, a split mini and a central unit. They both are working great. They removed the old units, cleaned up everything, very pleased with their work. I definitely will call again if needed. The entire staffs were great and easy to deal with from start to finish... thanks again!"

"Charles and crew were kind and courteous to deal with. They definitely weren't new to the business and saw things we didn't. We loved that he took ownership and pride in his work. On a few occasions, he would take the reigns from his two sons and "show them how it's done." Overall, they turned some drab looking walls and gave them life. My only negative which Charles addressed later was that they couldn't take our credit card like I thought he could. Not a huge deal, but it didn't create a little bit of an inconvenience to pay him since we had to money shuffle last minute on a Friday. We would definitely do business with them again."

"group was punctual, friendly and the job was completed in one day to my satisfaction. I would hire them again."

"Responded quickly to my request for service, within a few minutes. Showed up within a very short time, diagnosed problem with my central heating system and had it repaired within one day(delay caused by having to order a special assembly) Assembly was installed within 1/2 hour and very pleased with the repair."

"The installation of two new HVAC units were successfully and timely installed."

"This is an honest and reasonable company. Today I had a new toilet installed. Work was done in a timely manner for a reasonable charge. Previously I used the company for a deck and fencing, as well as bathroom remodel. 5 stars for all projects!"

"My husband was on active duty.  My honey-do list was growing.  I called Mr. Bass and he was able to come out the next day.  I needed a pet door installed through a wall leading to the garage and a way to keep the cat contained once in the garage.  Mr. Bass installed the door, created a walkway through tunnel since it was a little too short for opening.  He also designed and built a wooden enclosure to keep the cat from getting loose in the garage.  Mr. Bass also repaired numerous doors in our house that didn't close properly.  He hung three ceiling racks in my garage and a set of curtain rods.  I also wanted a frame around a plain mirror in our bathroom.  He stained and framed it.   I cannot say enough about how friendly and professional he is!  My three year old followed him everywhere.  His work ethic is amazing.  I highly recommend Stephan Bass and will definitely be calling him again!"

"Skip Lewis did a great job during the quoting process and we chose Deluxe although they were not the lowest price. We were impressed with the detail he provided in the quote.  His knowledge of the roofing business is vast, and he made certain to make sure we understood what would occur during the entire process.
Everything was done as promised with one exception and that was rectified to our satisfaction by Skip.  The crew arrived as scheduled and did as much as they could on Day 1 due to rain starting to fall.  They worked 13 -14 hours on Day 2 and about the same on Day 3.  The cleanup was properly done and they got all the nails picked up with magnets.
This is a good company and I highly recommend them for any roofing project.  The value we received in material, installation and warranty far offset the higher price.  Although we were frustrated by the issue that came up on Day 3, we appreciate the way it was resolved by Skip.  Major projects are not always implemented smoothly and a good, professional company will resolve issues in a way that the customer feels good and then will recommend that company to others.  This is exactly what Deluxe Roofing did for us."
