"Make A Choice was challenged with a huge job on our 39 year old house and met it with fantastic quality work, service and skills. Our job involved rebuilding our entire siding chimney, replacing much siding and rotted work, reworking and painting soffits, new gutters, putting on leaf guards, misc. exterior repairs, rebuilding our front porch railings and painting the entire house. We were absolutely thrilled to see the A+ job they did, sticking to their bid, working quickly and with very skilled workers (best painting I've ever had). Chuck, our job manager, was on top of everything - he quickly made any requested changes or corretions, and was very knowledgable about all aspects of home construction. The owner was always there when the city came to inspect for permits, and the house was built to all the codes. We are not used to having such perfect work from uncomplaining constructions folks! Make a Choice was one of the best decisions we ever made - thank you Make a Choice!"

"They did not have the required equipment to complete the project. They used various objects from my backyard ie 2x8 boards for a fence project of mine were used to make a brace. Accent stones that I had in a pile were used as a footer. They left unused materials on the side of the house instead of throwing them away. The project is now done-but could have been much better."

 The insulation was done first, the next day the windows were installed, and finally the siding/shutters/backdoor. There were 3 different crews and they were professional as well as courteous. The siding crew installed front and back porch lights as well as new doorbells before they left, and reinstalled the mailbox. They also cleaned up before leaving. I am very pleased with the  quality of work and the professionalism of the different crews. At the  final inspection I decided to replace my front door to match the new back door.  The windows open and close easily and the backdoor  is sturdy and secure. The only service I wish they would include would be to install screen doors... maybe in the future.
