We absolutely loved working with Jeff from Peachstate Windows! From the very beginning Jeff was very knowledgeable about our project and explained the whole process and made sure that we understood. His company replaced our original siding from the 1960s and installed fiber cement siding. They also built us a brand new front door portico, replaced our front door, and painted our whole house. We are completely satisfied with the work, the process, and everything in between! We have worked with many contractors and companies over the years and I must say that Peachstate windows was definitely one of the best. I would recommend them whole heartedly to anyone!

Peachstate Windows went FAR beyond the call of duty in helping us with upgrading our house! We initially needed our cedar siding repaired and painted but after conferring with Jeff Shay, the owner, we decided to fully replace the siding with a concrete based siding called Nichiha which will save us from any future issues we may have with our old cedar siding. Not only was Peachstate able to replace the siding but also handled the full house exterior painting, new gutters, creating new shutters, building a new front deck, new roof and last but not least, pressure washing the driveway and sidewalks!! All of these services were done in a timely matter, all the crew were extremely professional and performed EXCEPTIONALLY! And to top off our experience the pricing was extremely fair. I HIGHLY recommend PEACHSTATE WINDOWS for all your home upgrades!!! (we had replaced our windows a few years ago with another company but had we known about Peachstate we most certainly would have used them for that upgrade too!)

Peachstate Windows did an incredible job transforming our Carriage house into a palace with new windows and siding. Jeff and Daniel did not leave any detail untouched, They were meticulous in their work. I rate them a 8 on a 5 point scale and would not hire anyone else. They also have the best siding you can find on the market that looks like real wood.

I cannot be more pleased with the professionalism of Peachstate Windows Inc., Jeff Shea, and the workmanship of his crew. I needed my two-story home completely stripped of all wood and cheap siding to be replaced with NICHIHA fiber cement & Hardie trim. The workmen were not only VERY skilled at replacing old siding with the new, they did a BEAUTIFUL job of painting, replacing all the gutters, cleaning up the yard of all debris, and staying on the job, sometimes ten and eleven hours, in order to stay ahead of the rain. My family, friends, and neighbors agree the house looks stunning.

the work was done promptly. it only took a week and a half, tear down to painting. My favorite part was the samples being brought out, to help make a choice on what siding we wants.

Hired to repair some broken siding. Reasonable pricing and quick service. Repairs were finished same day, and color matched as well without extra cost.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend them or use them for future work. It appears to be a small operation. Had 4 exterior doors replaced. Had to pay a deposit up front. Had to wait for the doors for about 2 weeks. Work rarely started on time. Communication was poor. Did not returned calls when they said they would call back. No answer at the office number. It took multiple visits to get the job done when it was supposed to be a one or two day deal at most. Jeff seems like a good intentioned individual, but everything seemed to take longer than expected and had complications. Some hardware was back-ordered, but not discovered until installation day. A door was damaged, but got installed anyway. Then had to wait weeks for the factory rep to inspect in order to replace. Then had to wait for the new door. Then another installation and another day to wait for the painters. Also had additional costs presented at the end that were not discussed earlier. I was hoping to be able to write a positive review for them like some others, but I am sorry, I just can't. Too much hassle involved with this job.

Their prices are a bit higher than others but they replaced the whole door or window and the quality of the work appears to be very good. I chose them because they covered all the problems and gave a quick estimate the first time they came out. They were quick to return calls unlike the others I got quotes from.

It has been 4 weeks since Jeff came out and quoted the job and ordered the door AND TOOK MY $495 DEPOSIT. He told me it would typically take 3 weeks to come in; he said I know that's a long time but it's because it was custom retro fit. I had to hound him at the end of the three weeks only to find out it supposedly hadn't come in and the install would not take place that saturday. He assured me he was certain it would come in the next few days and we scheduled for this saturday (I had to cancel an out of town trip). I had to make FOUR phone calls over the last 24 hours to get him to call me back, only to tell me it wasn't going to be in for ANOTHER TWO WEEKS!!! He told me in the beginning that the three weeks was due to it being retro fit, now he says the EXTRA TWO WEEKS is because it's retro fit. this is the very worst customer service I've ever seen!! They don't answer at the office, he never answers his cell phone; I have to leave FOUR messages to get him to call me back; I never received an update that the door was being delayed. But boy he was Johnny On The Spot to get my deposit!!! And all the while he's had my $495, expecting another $2000 ! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! The below response is a lie, he did NOT say it was a minimum of 4 weeks or more, he specifically stated 3 weeks, and when it wasn't in he stated he was CERTAIN it would be in within the next couple of days - the owners have numerous lawsuits against them and their previous business for unethical business practices, and so they shut down that business and started this one this year - and now they have a lawsuit against their new company - they don't learn, they apparently just can't help themselves. I have had one contractor tell me the measurements and product WERE NOT SPECIAL, am getting another opinion soon so I have two to go to court with. More evidence they would say anything to get to get me to sign the contract, not appropriately perform their duties, and now try to enforce it by trying to get me to pay the remaining $2000 for a door I don't have.
Response from Peachstate Windows, Inc.
"We entered into a contract with (consumer name withheld per their request) to custom order a new door. At that time she was told it would be a minimum, not a maximum, of 3-4 weeks. She knew this prior to entering into a contract with us. The size and type of door she wanted was highly unusual. When we custom order goods we cannot call up the manufacturer 3 weeks later and tell them never mind. The manufacturer takes on the expense of special ordering the glass, and other component to build this door. We entered into a contract with (consumer name withheld per their request) on 9-8-16. We immediately ordered the door thru our vendor. Ms. (consumer name withheld per their request) calls weekly wanting a status report on her door. We eventually, tentatively, set up an installation date, because of her insistence. We do not normally do this; because if something does not arrive, due to unforeseen circumstances, we do not have spend out time end energy rescheduling work. The clients aren't put out either doing business this way either. When we finally received a confirmation from our supplier, we informed (consumer name withheld per their request) that the door would be here on 10-19-16. She said that was unacceptable and she wanted her deposit back. She proceeded filed a law suit to claim her $ 400.00 dollar deposit. In addition, she has gone on line telling the world that we are a rip off company. We even offered to sell her the door at a substantially reduced price, she could then have someone else install it,but that was was not good enough either. Over the past few months we have been harassed, threatened and slandered by Ms. (consumer name withheld per their request). The reason we have a written agreement is to protect both parties involved. We now have a door that cost $ 1,500.00 that cannot be used anywhere else. We had to pay for this door so we could continue to order material from the vendor we do business with in order to maintain our excellent credit standing with them. We had to hire an attorney to sue (consumer name withheld per their request) for slander and reputation assassination. We also have had to defend ourselves in court against her. Fortunately, our contract clearly states that we are not responsible for delivery dates from our vendors since we have absolutely no control over their delivery times. We had our rep call and explain that the door delivery is out of our control and due to the custom sizing and configuration, everything for this door had to be special made. Fortunately, the judge ruled in our behalf, yet it doesn't seem to prevent her from trying to create problems months after this case was resolved in a court of law."

The team did a great job installing the door that I had purchased. After discovering that the door was a little bit too big for the opening, they were able to make it work and installed the door in about 2 and 1/2 hours. The installation looks great.

The door was promised to be delivered in two day to 1 week. We paid a $1000.00 deposit which apparently was quite literally RUN to our bank and cashed within 30 minutes. Not a problem for us, just suspicious. After one and a half weeks I called since I had not received any correspondence from them. I was told the door was on back order and would be here in one week. After another week and no correspondence I called again and had to leave messages on both of their numbers. No return call. I left messages again and again. Finally when I left a message stating that would rather just cancel and get my money back they called. The doors were delayed and it would be yet another week they stated. There is no excuse for not contacting the customer. After that week was over and I hadn't heard from them I called and left messages on both of their phone numbers (they don't pick up calls). Finally they called to tell me the doors were in and they would be there that day at 11:00. Good thing I had the time to be there without any notice. Jeff, the installer and a kid (looked to be 12-14) arrived. They were late. It was like having the Tasmanian Devil in our home. They banged the new door on my front door while hauling it in and dragged it across my hardwoods some of the time. They banged their ladder hard against my couch with us watching. No apology. Once they got started they realized they had not brought a saw for cutting the trim and said they would return at 1:30 the following day. At 2:00 the next day I called and he was deciding weather to come out or not due to rain where he lives. No rain here I told him. He said he'd be out in an hour. Three hours later he showed up. Guess what? He forgot his saw!!! We let him use ours. Once the trim was up he caulked. I don't think he has ever used caulk before or he is just VERY messy with it. I got out a wet rag and cleaned up the siding after him while he wathched. He said that we could just paint the siding that had caulk all over it. Maybe he'll do better next time. I am not planning to paint my house due to a door install. We paid him and he left. The next day we did get a call from him! He forgot his dremel tool and needed to come by to pick it up. All in all it is the worst contractor we have ever dealt with.
Response from Peachstate Windows, Inc.
"I sprinted to the bank cashed their check, packed all of my belongings and skipped town cause now i had enough money to retire to the islands on. Only after the money ran out did i return to install the door. We do not run to the bank and cash checks we deposit them once daily. We were not late to install the door. We arrived prior to door being delivered so we could start the process and unload the door when it arrived. Our supplier made arrangements for a special delivery so we could tame a difficult customer. This is ridiculous we do not hire 12 year olds to work on any of our crews. The door had to be carried thru the house for installation they are heavy we had to set the door down for brief moment while they adjusted their grip, the door was NOT DRAGGED across the floor as she would have you to believe.Could you imagine the review if we did. The door was delivered and installed the same day. We made special arrangements to install it as soon as was delivered to stop the harassing phone calls about the door. All this being said the worst contractor did a exceptional job with the door installation. The new door closes and seals better than any other door in their house. There was a small amount of caulk that was smeared, instead of saying something she started to wipe it her herself and proceeded to insult me like I stole something from her. I certainly wasn't going to stir the pot . the door has been installed to exceptional standards and fully functions as it should. there is no reason for someone to assassinate our reputation over something so minor is utterly ridiculous. I believe her comments more tell you what type of customer we were dealing with! We fulfilled our contract and did our best to please a difficult customer. Anyone else doing business with these people should watch out."

I ordered a door from Peachstate and 3 and a half weeks later no door. I got an email saying the door had shipped and to call for an installation appointment. The salesman said he would call me back that was three days ago and I have not heard a thing from them. I called the office number and was told they would have to have the salesman call me back no one there could help!! Worst customer service I have seen out of a company in years! My door finally came in and got installed. The installation job was great the guys really worked hard and made it look perfect removing and replacing rotten wood around the jams.
Response from Peachstate Windows, Inc.
"when the door was ordered he was told 2-3 weeks for the delivery of the new door. when the door arrived we tried calling numerous times but we kept getting his voice mail box which has not been set up to receive messages. so i sent him an email. several days later he called so we could arrange an installation date. when he finally called me back i was on the road. when i tried calling him back later his phone kept going to to his voice mail which does not accept messages, so once again we had to wait for him to call us. the door has been installed, looks great and works great."
