Advanced Stucco Repair, Inc. specializes in the repair and installation of all types of exterior stucco. Established in 1998 we’ve served all of metro Atlanta and the Southeast for over two decades. We have both Residential and Commercial divisions. We’ve earned a sterling reputation in leak detection, restoration, installation, and remediation.

Inc. performs repairs of all sizes. Small repairs / patches and total system replacement due to water, Minor Exterior Carpentry: All homes with wood windows experience occasional wood rot. ASR’s carpentry team can simply remove and replace the deteriorated wood with matching PVC replacement trim that will never rot again. ASR also offers window replacement services on fogged glass, Services: Residential / Commercial: Stucco Repair and Restoration: Working with homeowners, Tremco-Dynomic, and Pecora. Kick Out Flashing: Embedded flashing is the number one cause of significant damage to structural framing, and apply matching stucco finish coat for an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Window / Door repairs, and commercial entities Advanced Stucco Repair, and mold damage. EIFs and Hard Coat Stucco Installation: Licensed applicators for all major stucco manufacturers. ASR installs modern drainable EIFs/ Synthetic and Hard Coat stucco systems. Stucco Caulking / Dow Corning series: Caulking is a critical part of a properly functioning stucco system. We install backer rod and stucco sealants such as Dow Corning 790 series, and picture window replacement. Stucco Paint and Elastomeric Stucco Coating: There are many types of stucco systems and different types of paint are recommended for the various types of stucco. We have multiple paint teams that have been employed by ASR for over 5 years. Leak Detection / Free Assessment / Free Estimates: ASR offers a free assessment and estimate on all homes and most commercial structures. We incorporate moisture meters, and pictures for easy interpretation of our findings., and stucco. Installation of kick out flashing is inexpensive and a critical piece of the overall system. Stucco Cutting / Termite Wrap: Stucco that extends below grade level is considered a conducive condition to termite activity. We cut and remove stucco 4-6 inches above grade level, real estate agents, seal with high bonding base coat cement, single pane to double pane sash kits, substrate, termite
