"Our company is family owned and operated for over 40 years. We have a A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We fulfilled our contract with this man in full and he paid in full almost 3 months ago. He has not called or emailed us with these complaints. He wanted a lot of free services given to him. We let him back out of a custom door contract with no penalty. We installed an upgraded dryer vent for him for free. We flashed his back wall, so he could have a new deck installed, and we painted 20 window trims on his house at no charge. He had a lot of rotten wood on his house from years of neglect. He became upset when we had to replace the rotten wood under the siding on his chimney and the rotten window sills and sill noses under his windows. He wanted us to just cover it up with the siding and not replace it, because he was going to sell his house and didn't care if the rotten wood was replaced. We just can't do that, as it would void his Hardie Plank warranty and would be a problem for the next owner. We offered him financing , but his realtor did not want him to open any new credit lines. So he had to pay by credit card. I feel that his is taking it out on us that he had improvements done to his home to sell it and now has to pay the credit card bills. I can assure you that we do not deserve this low rating. We have a long history of wonderful long term relationships with our customers, who return to us for services repeatedly."

"We gave this customer Military Discounts. This customer wanted each siding board caulked underneath it to stick it to the house, which would void his siding warranty. We explained that is not how it is supposed to be done. We were only supposed to paint the new siding we installed. He is complaining about trim painting on the fascia boards under the gutters that he did not contract with us to do. We spoke to him after the siding painting was done, and he said it looked good and never mentioned anything wrong. Then he tried to hire our painters to do his trim painting on the side. They chose not to work for him because he is so difficult. So he is blaming us for not doing work he never contracted with us to do. Also, he told us everything looked good and paid us right away. Then I guess he got mad because the painters did not want to work for him directly. Trying to hire the painters away from the company who sent them to do your work is not ethical. He never called us to complain at all. He just posted this review, which is unlike any other reviews we have."
