"Had to fight to get someone to come out and told "send video" we did of bugs crawling out of wood.Rodney came out and said it was "water damage",the wood dust coming out of bottom of walls"water damage" ..EVERY area of concern"water damage".WATER DAMAGE DOES NOT HAVE FEET AND CRAWL.SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE FOUND AS WELL AS LIVE TERMITES!! Tree was cut down and part of the trunk was cut into huge logs, one of which rolled down and damaged my property WHILE they were there (he didn't tell me)!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Will not respond to texts or phone calls. Very unprofessional."
