They come four times a year to check everything. They check the stations to be sure they still have the bait in them.
I've never had a problem with them. If I am not here they leave a receipt on what they did.

Ineffective treatments with a lot of excuses as to why the treatments were not working. I had to tell their experts what was wrong with the lawn. No follow ups and a complete waste of money. I pulled more weeds from my lawn than they killed and developed cinch bugs that destroyed a large part of my lawn.

They are excellent. I've never had any problems with them whatsoever. I've been using them for 11 or 12 years now. They always come out and take care of any problems if I have any. Their technicians are always nice, friendly and personable people. They always work with me on the time schedule and do it at my convenience.
