"Had to fight to get someone to come out and told "send video" we did of bugs crawling out of wood.Rodney came out and said it was "water damage",the wood dust coming out of bottom of walls"water damage" ..EVERY area of concern"water damage".WATER DAMAGE DOES NOT HAVE FEET AND CRAWL.SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE FOUND AS WELL AS LIVE TERMITES!! David told us"we can't possibly find damage during inspection"and "live termites in (one)trap is good and shows it's working" Another employee checking traps said"It IS termites but oh well I guess we missed it during inspection".We were told and have paperwork stating ONLY outer barn(200+ft away from house)had termites but NONE in house.Cingo was paid nearly $800 for WHAT??? I have pictures AND video.Would NEVER recommend them!!!!"

"They broke out countertop, which was fine, they said they would fix it, it took 2 months to get it fixed and then they didn't put our sink together correctly and water was leaking underneath the sink into the cabinet. We decided we didn't want to continue services with them for a number of reasons, but apparently you have to continue with them for a year (which they never said, but it is in the contract we signed) they were unwilling to work with us on that, and therefore we paid off the rest of the year of service and asked them to not come back again. They only care about making money they don't' much care for the actual costumers. We have found a locally and family owned company to go with instead."

"after 3 times we still have the carpenter ants during the first attempt to rid them the tech was short and stood on our toilet instead of getting a ladder to put powder in our exhaust fan with a metal applicator when he stepped down the applicator got caught on the fan edge and broke the plastic where the screws held the fan up. I bought a new fan and I have heard nothing back about them having it installed after them coming out and taking pictures. I have medical issues preventing me from doing it. If nothing is done about this after our contract is up we will not renew it,as customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be a high priority"

They’re a nuisance, but silverfish aren’t nearly as dangerous as other pests like cockroaches, mice, termites or bed bugs. They don’t carry diseases that humans or pets can catch, and they don’t cause widespread destruction like termites or rats. Silverfish are small and find it very easy to get inside any exposed foodstuffs. Like weevils, you may find them in unprotected flour, cereal, grains, bread boxes, chip packages and more. A temperature of 119 degrees Fahrenheit will kill bed bugs and their eggs within 90 minutes. No temperature kills them instantly, but if exposed to high temperatures over extended periods, bed bugs will be killed off. Bed bug eggs must be exposed to the same temperature for 90 minutes to reach 100% mortality.

According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, pyrethrins and pyrethroids are the most common chemical compounds used to get rid of bed bugs. These chemicals force bed bugs out of their hiding spots and kill them on the spot so they are eliminated for good.
